Salon and spa software for booking, retail and memberships

QIRO Hub runs a salon or spa from one system: online booking on your own branded web store, client records, retail stock, memberships and packages, gift cards, account credit and five payment methods. It costs £65 per location per month in Commerce mode, with unlimited staff and unlimited clients.

How it works day to day

  1. 1

    Clients book themselves in

A branded web store on your own domain shows real availability per stylist or therapist and per location, and takes the booking without a phone call.

  2. 2

The day runs off the calendar

Staff schedules, room and resource availability and per-location opening hours all drive what can actually be booked.

  3. 3

Checkout handles service and retail together

One invoice covers the treatment and the products sold alongside it, paid by card, cash, bank transfer, gift card or account credit.

  4. 4

Memberships and packages keep clients coming back

Sell recurring memberships with member pricing, or prepaid packages of sessions, and let the system track what has been used.

  5. 5

    Stock stays honest

Retail sales draw down the inventory counted at that location, with suppliers and purchase orders in the same system.

What matters most for salons & spas

Gift cards that actually reconcile

Gift cards are issued in QIRO-XXXX-XXXX format with a balance ledger, are org-specific, and can be sold from the web store or created by staff in the salon.

Account credit wallets

Hold a per-client balance that staff can top up or deduct with a reason, and that clients can spend at checkout — useful for goodwill and refunds without cash movement.

Branded web store on your own domain

The store carries your branding and can be served from a custom domain, so booking does not hand the client off to somebody else's marketplace.

Multi-location from day one

Commerce mode covers up to 10 locations, with inventory tracked per location rather than pooled.

Common questions

Can a salon take online bookings with QIRO Hub?
Yes. Every salon gets a branded web store, optionally on its own custom domain, showing genuine per-stylist and per-location availability. Clients book and pay without phoning the salon.
Does QIRO Hub handle salon retail stock?
Yes. Retail products are tracked as inventory per location, with suppliers and purchase orders, and a retail sale at checkout draws the item down from that location's stock.
Can a spa sell memberships and gift cards?
Yes. QIRO Hub supports recurring memberships with member pricing, prepaid packages of sessions, and gift cards with a full balance ledger that can be sold online or created in the spa.
How much does QIRO Hub cost for a salon or spa?
A salon or spa runs in Commerce mode, which is £65 per location per month with unlimited staff users and unlimited clients. There is a 60-day free trial and no card is required.
