Pricing questions

How much does QIRO Hub cost?
QIRO Hub costs £65 per location per month in Commerce mode and £100 per location per month in Medical mode. Both include unlimited users and unlimited clients. Organisations with more than 10 locations are priced individually.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every organisation starts on a 60-day free trial with full access to every feature in its mode. No card is required to start the trial.
Do you charge per user or per client?
No. Pricing is per location only. You can add as many staff users and as many client or patient records as you need without the price changing.
What is the difference between Commerce mode and Medical mode?
Commerce mode covers booking, clients, sales, inventory, memberships, payments and the web store. Medical mode adds prescriptions with approval workflows, medical records, diagnoses, allergies, current medications, GP fields and clinical audit trails. Medical fields are hidden entirely in Commerce mode rather than left empty.
Can I change modes later?
Yes. An organisation's mode can be changed, and the pricing follows the mode from the next billing period.
What payment methods can I accept?
Five, each independently enabled for online and in-clinic use: card via Stripe, cash, bank transfer, gift cards and account credit. Gift card balances and per-client account credit are tracked with a full transaction ledger.
What happens when the free trial ends?
You choose a mode and start a subscription to keep access. Your data stays intact through the transition — the trial is the full product, not a limited version of it.
